Job Description Apply: Senior Actuarial Manager
Our client is a specialist consultancy who are looking for a senior actuarial manager to help build out their life insurance practice. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the directors in leading new business generation which will include establishing and strengthening client relationships. You will also be responsible for delivering projects across a wide range of life actuarial areas including modelling, improvement of operational efficiencies and strategic initiatives. Other duties include:
- Contributing to thought leadership and business strategy
- Assisting in coaching junior members of the team
- Developing the company’s profile through networking activities
- Delivering varied and complex projects on time and to a high standard
This role would suit a commercial and technical life actuary, potentially with a consultancy background who enjoys the challenge of working in a project-based environment without compromising on their work / life balance.
