Job Description Apply: Risk Actuary
As a risk actuary, you will play a key role in supporting the risk department in delivering expert risk oversight and setting a governance framework for the UK division of this insurance business.
Your role will entail partnering with the heads of business to understand their strategic objectives and offer value-add insights to help them deliver long and short term goals.
Your day to day duties will include leading in the ORSA process, designing stress and scenario testing; reviewing and analysing results; ensure ORSA policies are adhered to across the business; reviewing pricing initiatives, corporate initiatives as well as the business plan.
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified actuary with relevant post qualified experience within the life insurance industry. You will have a good understanding of integrated risk and have excellent interpersonal/networking skills. You will be confident in delivering to tight deadlines and work well in a team.
The risk team play a significant role in helping the business achieve their long term plans and strategies so it will give you great exposure and opportunity to affluence in a successful, growing business.
