Job Description Apply: De-Risking Senior Manager/Director

My client is seeking a senior manager or director who possesses considerable corporate de-risking exposure to join the growing DB pension de-risking arm of their mid-sized accountancy firm. This role will report directly to the head of the department and is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be a key strategic leader within a growing team.  The ideal candidate will come from a corporate pension background, be able to demonstrate strong business development skills, as well as be able to rely upon a healthy network of corporate client relationships – primarily possessing contacts with FDs, Pension Directors, Risk Managers as well as contacts at C-suite firm level to assist in the development and growth of their corporate de-risking business.

The specialist areas of advice include: pension buyouts, buy-in, longevity swaps, flight plan design and implementation, use of insurance captives, as well as negotiating pension pricing adjustments on corporate M&A deals. The salary on offer is highly competitive, with the additional incentive of fast-track promotion to partner level within 2 years, should the business grow as planned.
