Job Description Apply: Analytics Actuary
Goodman Masson are recruiting for a Global Specialty Insurer who are searching for an Analytics Actuary to join their newly establish Analytics team.
In the role, you will support the Head of Analytics in building out a team that was created last year. The role holder will be someone from a general insurance background in either Pricing or Reserving and has experience in handling and making sense of large data sets.
The types of projects you can expect to get involved in include:
- Re-calibration of pricing models
- Creation of tools to assist underwriters understand trends in data better
- Contribute to the analysis of M&A activities
This is a great role for someone who is a nearly or newly qualified actuary from a Pricing or Reserving background, who is interested in building something new. There is a real scope for creativity and to add some value with complex analytics.
