Job Description Apply: Senior Actuarial Analyst - Specialty Lines

Leading provider of reinsurance and insurance solutions across global platforms has a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified GI actuary to be responsible for analysis and modelling of assumed risks within Casualty & Speciality Lines.

In this key role, you will investigate, evaluate, make recommendations for and implement current and new Casualty/Speciality lines pricing tools and risk evaluation models to assess risk on a probabilistic basis.

In addition, you will create and expand modelling tools involving spreadsheet and or database applications as well as keeping abreast of industry trends for actuarial analysis and risk modelling.

With strong Excel skills, alongside knowledge of database and manipulation tools, the successful candidate will possess proficient knowledge of probability and statistics.

Experience of @Risk or other stochastic platform would be an advantage as would casualty lines of business related experience (pricing or reserving) .
